It’s not like we really need an excuse to make Mexican food but we have an official one on Sunday. So bring on the chips and salsa!
I’ve been at the business of sharing recipes here for almost two years and a good number of them have been for Mexican inspired dishes. I’ve pulled together 10 of my favorites to share with you today that would all be excellent choices for this weekend’s festivities.
