  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 14 ounce can or 1-3/4 cups cream of coconut
  • 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
  • Optional garnishes: toasted sweetened flaked coconut hot fudge, berries
  1. Using a hand mixer, combine the milk and cream of coconut in a medium sized bowl. Stir in heavy cream.
  2. Pour mixture into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Note: To toast flaked coconut, place it on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
