Ingredients

tomatillo salsa
(I use Herdez brand)

large ripe avocado
peel and pit removed
½
cup
nonfat plain Greek yogurt

cup
fresh cilantro
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a condiment for grilled chicken or fish tacos.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. For the best quality, consume within 24 hours.
