  • 3 cups Corn Chex or a mixture of Corn, Rice, and/or Wheat Chex
  • 3 cups mini twist pretzels
  • 1-1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup oyster crackers
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt plus additional if desired
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Toss together Chex, pretzels, nuts, and oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl. Combine vegetable oil and melted butter in a small bowl and add garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, parsley and salt. Stir to combine well. Pour over snack mix and toss until well combined. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, gently stirring about half way through the cooking time. Remove from oven when oyster crackers appear toasted and light golden brown. Taste and season with additional salt if desired.
  • Store in an airtight container.
