- 1-1/2 12 ounce logs goat cheese
- Fig preserves or fig butter, to taste
- Honey and chopped walnuts to taste
- Pesto to taste
- Crackers or sliced baguette
Cut logs of goat cheese in half. Reserve one of the halves for another purpose. Place goat cheese on a serving platter and spoon toppings over each section of cheese.
Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
