- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (can use 2% or full fat Greek yogurt, if desired)
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup 2% milk or as needed (can use nondairy milk like almond, coconut, or a almond/coconut milk blend)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk, if needed, to achieve the desired consistency.
Pour into two 12 ounce or larger glasses.
