- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill or ½ teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon fine ground sea salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken breast skin removed
- ⅓ cup diced celery
- 2 to 3 thinly sliced green onions or ¼ cup diced red onion
