 - 2 tablespoons melted butter or egg wash – see Recipe Notes

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
 - ¼ cup Dijon or stone ground mustard
 - 3 tablespoons honey
 
Smoky BBQ Ranch Dipping Sauce
- ½ cup Ranch salad dressing I like Litehouse Homestyle Ranch
 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce I like Kinders or Stubbs
 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
