  • ½ cup mango chunks use frozen for best result
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks use frozen for best result
  • ½ cup lowfat or skim milk or as needed (can sub nut milk)
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach a big handful
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or to taste
