- 4 store bought naan or flatbread
- ½ cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
- ¾ cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1½ cups cooked diced chicken breast or more as desired (I used rotisserie chicken)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
- 3 green onions finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the flatbreads on baking sheets.
Combine the BBQ sauce with ½ cup of the Buffalo wings sauce. Divide the mixture evenly between the flatbreads and spread it over the surface. In a small bowl, toss the chicken with the remaining ¼ cup Buffalo wings sauce. Divide the chicken between the pizzas and sprinkle with the mozzarella and blue cheese.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges of the flatbreads are toasted and nicely browned and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped green onions.
Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board, cut into wedges, and serve.
Storage: Refrigerate leftover flatbread pizza in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheating: Place slices on a baking sheet and reheat in a 350°F oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, reheat in an air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes, checking frequently. Both methods help crisp the naan again.
