Cilantro Lime Sauce

This creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce is bright, fresh, and full of flavor. Drizzle it over fish tacos, bowls, or grilled meats for an easy, restaurant-style finish.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream full fat or light
  • cup mayonnaise
  • ½ bunch cilantro thick stems removed
  • ½ jalapeño seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until completely smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Yield: Makes about ¾ to 1 cup.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Stir before serving.
