I had the pleasure of attending the International Food Bloggers’ Conference in Seattle recently. Lucky for me, Seattle is one of my favorite places to visit and once again, I had a blast. The town is filled with old architecture, incredible food, great shopping, and cool people. There’s so much food and drink within walking distance of the hotels downtown it is ridiculous. I highly recommend you visit if you can.

I’m sharing a few of the many photos I posted to Instagram from the conference and then it’s time for a giveaway!

One of the wonderful benefits of attending this conference is the unbelievably generous swag provided by the many fine brands that sponsor the conference. I think for most of us, stepping into the gift suite felt like Christmas morning after Santa had done his thing. You’re handed a bag and motioned towards tables filled with all kinds of goodies that you are encouraged to take home with you and try out. So, that we did, and most of us ended up with a bag that looks something like mine above.

There were far too many offerings for me to cover in this post but in the coming weeks, I’ll be putting a spotlight on a few of the brands with some fun giveaways so stay tuned for that!

In addition to the generous swag, food, and drink, our days were filled with educational sessions and opportunities to connect with representatives from the brand sponsors. It was a jam-packed weekend with a full schedule. I was thrilled to meet many bloggers that I’ve known for years, face-to-face, for the first time. I also had the opportunity to connect with some brand new blogging friends.

Since I got so much cool swag – and since you guys are THE best – I thought it was only fair to share some of it with you!

Krusteaz Swag Giveaway-022

I’ve heard rave reviews on the new flatbread mixes, available in three varieties including the one I snagged – Garlic & Onion.

I also brought home a box of the Southern Cornbread & Muffin Mix. I’m very familiar with the sweeter Honey Cornbread from Krusteaz but had not seen this variety. It’s a slightly denser, less sweet, more traditional Southern style cornbread.

We make a chili-dog pizza that uses sauce in place of cheese, with diced wieners, onions and cheese. I think this would work really well on the garlic and onion flatbread.
