Did you all enjoy your day of appetizer debauchery, otherwise known as Super Bowl Sunday? Yeah, that’s what I thought.
Even before a day of indulgence like that is over I start thinking about how I’ll make up for it, which is exactly why I’m here today to share this collection of smoothies with you all.
Smoothies are my favorite way to deliciously infuse more fruits and veggies into my diet. If you’ve got the right mix of ingredients they will fill you up, provide a nice protein boost, and loads of great nutrition to help you get through your day. Whether it’s the first thing in the morning, part of a light lunch, or a mid-afternoon boost, smoothies are a great way to get back on track.
Since I purchased my NutriBullet it is the only thing I use to make smoothies. I love this thing! If you are in the market for a beverage maker I highly recommend it. It’s lightweight, but blends like a champ. It’s super easy to clean and smaller than a blender so it stores away easily. I’ve had mine now for a couple of years and it is still going strong.
