Whether you are hosting brunch at your house or taking a dish to a morning potluck, these overnight brunch recipes will help take some of the stress out of your busy morning.
I’m hosting Easter brunch for our gang this year. Typically, we gather together for dinner but this year we’re changing things up a bit since Boy #4 is home from college for Spring Break. He’ll be heading back to school on Sunday afternoon – so, brunch it is! It doesn’t matter to me what meal it is, I just can’t wait to have the whole family together and it’s been fun to have the opportunity to mix up my menu a bit. I’ll still do a ham (required on Easter) but I’m also doing a full menu of brunch items and a few other goodies to boot. As always, I’ll be sure to share the best of the best with you.
One item that is on our menu each and every Easter Sunday – my Overnight Cinnamon Rolls. I’ve been making these rolls for years and years because they are mouth-wateringly amazing but also, the make-ahead method just can’t be beat.
I hope you enjoy this collection of 10 Overnight Brunch Recipes my blogging friends and I have put together. These are our favorites and I’m confident you’ll love them too! Get some of that work out of the way the day before so you can stay under the covers just a little bit longer before hitting the kitchen in the morning. That’s always the goal, isn’t it?
