Marinades

A sure-fire way to tenderize and add great flavor to grilled meats is to use one of the great Marinade Recipes in this collection. A little advance prep makes for an easy, flavorful meal!

Long time favorites include my 4-ingredient Grilled Steak Marinade and Pretty Chicken Marinade. These are both summer staples in our house.

For a real summer treat, try the tropical sesame-soy BBQ marinade sweetened with pineapple juice in my Grilled Hawaiian BBQ Chicken.
